PromptScore Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PromptScore, including the website located at promptscore.co, the PromptScore application, dashboards, reports, scans, subscriptions, one-time reports, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Rabiq Digital LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Rabiq Digital,” “PromptScore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, purchasing a one-time report, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, agency, client, employer, or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to both you and that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

1. The Service

PromptScore is a B2B software-as-a-service platform that helps users measure, monitor, and analyze how brands appear in AI-generated answers.

The Service may include, without limitation:

  • brand visibility scans;
  • AI-search and answer-engine visibility monitoring;
  • prompt and question tracking;
  • AI-generated answer capture and analysis;
  • visibility scores, grades, trends, and reports;
  • per-engine breakdowns;
  • competitor mention tracking;
  • action plans and recommendations;
  • downloadable reports;
  • weekly scheduled scans;
  • manual scans, subject to plan limits;
  • dashboards and analytics; and
  • related tools, features, and services.

PromptScore provides measurement, monitoring, analysis, and informational outputs. The Service does not guarantee improved AI visibility, search visibility, marketing performance, sales, leads, revenue, brand reputation, customer acquisition, or any other business result.

2. Important AI Visibility and Accuracy Disclaimer

PromptScore analyzes outputs generated by third-party AI systems and AI-related services. These may include, without limitation, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI providers that may be supported by the Service from time to time.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. AI-generated answers are inherently variable, probabilistic, and non-deterministic.
  2. Different AI engines may produce different answers to the same or similar prompts.
  3. The same AI engine may produce different answers at different times.
  4. AI engines, APIs, ranking behavior, response formats, model behavior, pricing, usage rules, and availability may change without notice.
  5. PromptScore does not control third-party AI systems.
  6. PromptScore’s scores, grades, rankings, reports, competitor mentions, trends, recommendations, action plans, and other outputs are estimates and informational analysis only.
  7. PromptScore does not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, current, reliable, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.
  8. PromptScore does not provide legal, financial, investment, accounting, professional marketing, search-engine optimization, or other professional advice.
  9. You are solely responsible for independently reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to rely on any information generated through the Service.

You agree not to rely on PromptScore as the sole basis for business, financial, marketing, legal, strategic, or operational decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.

The Service is intended primarily for business and professional use. Individuals may use the Service only if they satisfy these Terms and all applicable laws.

You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law, including export control, sanctions, or other legal restrictions.

4. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  1. provide accurate, complete, and current information;
  2. keep your account information updated;
  3. maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  4. use a secure password;
  5. promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident; and
  6. accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials, email account, devices, or internal access controls.

We may refuse registration, suspend access, or terminate accounts if we believe doing so is necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, our systems, or our legal rights.

5. Business, Agency, and Client Use

If you use PromptScore on behalf of a company, agency, client, employer, or other third party, you represent and warrant that:

  1. you have authority to use the Service on that party’s behalf;
  2. you have authority to submit that party’s brand names, websites, prompts, business information, competitor names, and related data;
  3. your use of the Service does not violate any contract, law, privacy right, intellectual property right, confidentiality obligation, or other duty;
  4. you are responsible for your own client relationships, client deliverables, business representations, and marketing claims; and
  5. you will not misrepresent PromptScore outputs as guaranteed facts, guaranteed performance results, or official statements from third-party AI providers.

PromptScore is not responsible for disputes between you and your clients, customers, employers, contractors, partners, or agencies.

6. User Content

“User Content” means any information, data, text, prompts, brand names, websites, competitor names, business descriptions, keywords, uploaded materials, scan settings, or other content that you submit to or through the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Rabiq Digital a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, analyze, display, modify, and use your User Content as reasonably necessary to:

  1. provide the Service;
  2. run scans and generate reports;
  3. process prompts through third-party AI providers;
  4. provide support;
  5. maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Service;
  6. enforce these Terms; and
  7. comply with applicable law.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. you own or have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to submit and process your User Content through the Service;
  2. your User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, confidentiality, or other rights;
  3. your User Content does not violate applicable law;
  4. your User Content does not contain malware, harmful code, or unlawful material;
  5. your User Content is not submitted for any fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or harmful purpose; and
  6. you will not submit sensitive information unless you have all required rights and consents and understand that the Service is not designed for highly sensitive data.

Because the Service sends certain User Content to third-party AI and infrastructure providers, you should not submit information that you are not authorized to share with those providers.

7. Sensitive Information

PromptScore is not designed to collect or process highly sensitive information.

You agree not to submit any of the following unless we have expressly agreed in writing that the Service is appropriate for that use:

  • protected health information;
  • payment card numbers;
  • bank account numbers;
  • Social Security numbers or similar government identifiers;
  • passwords or private keys;
  • trade secrets you are not authorized to disclose;
  • confidential information you are not authorized to disclose;
  • information about children;
  • biometric information;
  • sensitive personal information;
  • regulated financial information; or
  • any information subject to special legal or regulatory restrictions.

You are solely responsible for any sensitive information you submit in violation of these Terms.

8. Third-Party AI Providers and Other Service Providers

PromptScore depends on third-party providers to operate the Service. These may include AI providers, hosting providers, database providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics providers, and infrastructure providers.

These providers may include, without limitation:

  • OpenAI;
  • Anthropic;
  • Google Gemini;
  • Perplexity;
  • Stripe;
  • Supabase;
  • Vercel;
  • Resend; and
  • other providers used to operate, maintain, secure, or improve the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. prompts, brand names, websites, competitor names, scan inputs, AI-generated answers, account information, usage information, billing information, and related data may be transmitted to and processed by third-party providers;
  2. third-party providers may operate under their own terms, policies, security practices, and data-processing practices;
  3. PromptScore does not control third-party AI outputs, models, infrastructure, or availability;
  4. PromptScore is not responsible for third-party outages, API errors, latency, policy changes, model changes, output variability, pricing changes, access restrictions, discontinued services, or data-processing practices outside our control; and
  5. your use of the Service may depend on the continued availability and functionality of third-party services.

We may add, remove, replace, or change third-party providers at any time.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  1. violate any applicable law, regulation, contract, or third-party right;
  2. submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent content;
  3. harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, or harm any person or entity;
  4. infringe or misappropriate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality rights, or contractual rights;
  5. submit brand names, websites, competitor names, prompts, or business information that you are not authorized to submit;
  6. scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted;
  7. reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service;
  8. resell, sublicense, lease, rent, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted in writing;
  9. use the Service to build, train, or improve a competing product or service;
  10. bypass, disable, or interfere with security features, access controls, rate limits, usage limits, billing systems, or plan restrictions;
  11. use bots, scripts, automation, or excessive requests to abuse the Service or exceed intended usage;
  12. overload, disrupt, damage, or impair the Service or related systems;
  13. attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, APIs, databases, or infrastructure;
  14. upload or transmit malware, viruses, worms, exploits, or harmful code;
  15. interfere with other users’ access to or use of the Service;
  16. misrepresent PromptScore outputs as guaranteed facts, certified rankings, official AI-provider responses, or guaranteed business outcomes;
  17. use the Service for surveillance, unlawful profiling, discrimination, or harmful targeting;
  18. violate export control, sanctions, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, or other compliance laws; or
  19. encourage, assist, or enable anyone else to do any of the above.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access without notice if we believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk to PromptScore, users, third parties, or our systems.

10. Plans, Subscriptions, and Usage Limits

PromptScore may offer monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, one-time reports, trials, promotions, add-ons, usage-based features, or custom plans.

Available plans, prices, features, limits, and billing terms are shown at checkout, in your account, or on the PromptScore website.

Subscription plans may include limits on:

  • number of brands;
  • prompts per scan;
  • manual scans;
  • scheduled scans;
  • reports;
  • users or seats;
  • historical data;
  • features;
  • priority access;
  • API access; or
  • other usage metrics.

Manual scan limits are measured per account (across all brands in the account), per calendar month using UTC time, unless otherwise stated. Unused manual scans do not roll over.

We may enforce plan limits, rate limits, fair-use limits, and technical restrictions to protect the Service, manage costs, prevent abuse, and ensure fair access.

We may change plans, pricing, features, and limits from time to time. Changes to existing paid subscriptions will apply as described at the time of notice, renewal, or plan change, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Billing and Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. We do not store raw payment card numbers on our servers.

By purchasing a subscription or other paid product, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to keep that information current. If payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend access, downgrade your account, limit features, or terminate your subscription.

You are responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, and similar charges associated with your purchase, except taxes based on our income.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

12.1 Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

After cancellation, you will generally retain access until the end of the then-current paid billing period, unless your account is suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

No partial-month refunds are provided, except where required by law or where we approve a refund in our discretion.

If a monthly subscription was purchased by mistake and no meaningful usage occurred, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the charge.

12.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a full refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the initial annual purchase.

After the 7-day refund window, annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund of the unused portion, calculated using the standard monthly rate for the months already used. If you cancel an annual plan early, any annual discount may be forfeited.

For example, if you purchased an annual Pro plan at a discounted annual price and cancel after 5 months, PromptScore may retain 5 months at the standard monthly Pro rate and refund the remaining unused balance.

12.3 One-Time Reports

The one-time report is a digital product generated and delivered after purchase. Once report generation begins or the report is delivered, the purchase is final and non-refundable except where required by law.

By purchasing a one-time report, you acknowledge that PromptScore may begin generating and delivering the digital report immediately after purchase. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory withdrawal, cooling-off, or cancellation right for digital content or digital services, you may be required to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose that right once performance begins or delivery occurs.

12.4 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account while the dispute is pending. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are improper.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

13. Taxes

Fees do not include taxes unless expressly stated. You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, goods and services, withholding, or similar taxes, duties, or charges imposed by any government authority in connection with your purchase or use of the Service.

We may collect taxes where required by law.

14. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the PromptScore platform, website, software, source code, dashboards, designs, interfaces, workflows, scoring methods, analysis methods, reports, templates, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other materials, is owned by Rabiq Digital, its affiliates, or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You may use reports generated through your account for your internal business purposes. If you are an agency, consultant, or service provider, you may use reports generated through your account for client-facing work, provided that you do not misrepresent the reports, remove required branding, violate these Terms, or use the reports in a misleading or unlawful manner.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by written agreement with us.

15. Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, comments, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback about the Service, you grant Rabiq Digital a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercialize, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information in connection with PromptScore.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms govern your use of the Service, billing, account obligations, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution, while the Privacy Policy governs our handling of personal information.

Because PromptScore’s core functionality involves transmitting prompts, brand names, websites, competitor names, scan inputs, and related data to third-party AI and infrastructure providers, you should review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.

17. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the Service and information processed through the Service.

However, no method of transmission, storage, hosting, or electronic processing is completely secure. We do not guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, devices, email account, internal systems, and access controls.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials, devices, email account, or internal systems.

18. Availability, Changes, and Discontinuation

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, limit, or remove any part of the Service at any time, including features, plans, pricing, scan limits, supported AI engines, reports, integrations, dashboards, and data sources.

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, outage, limitation, or discontinuation of the Service or any third-party service.

19. Beta and Experimental Features

We may offer beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features.

These features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unstable, limited, or discontinued at any time. Beta and experimental features are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

Your use of beta or experimental features is at your own risk.

20. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, platforms, APIs, providers, or tools.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, terms, policies, security practices, availability, or performance.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe that:

  1. you violated these Terms;
  2. payment failed or billing information is invalid;
  3. your use creates legal, security, operational, reputational, or financial risk;
  4. your use may harm PromptScore, users, third parties, or our systems;
  5. you exceeded or attempted to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or usage restrictions;
  6. you submitted unlawful, unauthorized, infringing, or harmful content;
  7. we are required to do so by law or by a third-party provider; or
  8. we discontinue all or part of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will end immediately.

We may retain or delete account data, User Content, scan data, reports, logs, and billing records in accordance with our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, backup practices, dispute-resolution needs, security requirements, and legitimate business purposes.

Any sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and general terms.

22. Export Control and Sanctions

You may not use, export, re-export, import, sell, release, or transfer the Service except as authorized by applicable law.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions;
  2. you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted-party list or similar sanctions list;
  3. you will not use the Service for any prohibited end use; and
  4. you will comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.

We may restrict or terminate access if we believe your use may violate export control or sanctions laws.

23. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

PROMPTSCORE, RABIQ DIGITAL, AND THEIR SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  1. THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME;
  2. SCANS, SCORES, GRADES, REPORTS, RECOMMENDATIONS, ACTION PLANS, TRENDS, OR OTHER OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR RELIABLE;
  3. THIRD-PARTY AI ENGINES WILL CONTINUE TO OPERATE, REMAIN AVAILABLE, OR PROVIDE CONSISTENT RESULTS;
  4. THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS;
  5. ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;
  6. DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST OR CORRUPTED;
  7. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL IMPROVE AI VISIBILITY, SEARCH PERFORMANCE, SALES, REVENUE, LEADS, BRAND REPUTATION, OR BUSINESS RESULTS; OR
  8. ANY OUTPUT GENERATED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS SUITABLE FOR LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MARKETING, STRATEGIC, OR PROFESSIONAL DECISION-MAKING WITHOUT INDEPENDENT REVIEW.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for any decisions, actions, or omissions based on Service outputs.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some disclaimers may not apply to you.

24. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RABIQ DIGITAL LLC, PROMPTSCORE, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, ENHANCED, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS, LOST GOODWILL, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REPUTATIONAL HARM, COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON PROMPTSCORE OUTPUTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  1. THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PROMPTSCORE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
  2. $100.

This limitation applies regardless of legal theory, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages.

The limitations in this section are fundamental elements of the agreement between you and PromptScore.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

25. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rabiq Digital LLC, PromptScore, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  1. your access to or use of the Service;
  2. your User Content;
  3. brand names, websites, competitor names, prompts, business information, or other data you submit;
  4. your violation of these Terms;
  5. your violation of applicable law;
  6. your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights;
  7. your client relationships, client deliverables, reports, or representations;
  8. your reliance on PromptScore outputs;
  9. your misuse of third-party AI-generated content;
  10. your negligence, fraud, misconduct, or unauthorized use of the Service; or
  11. any dispute between you and a client, customer, employer, contractor, agency, partner, or third party.

We reserve the right to control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.

You may not settle any claim in a way that imposes obligations on us or admits fault by us without our prior written consent.

26. Dispute Resolution

26.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@promptscore.co and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days after receiving notice, either party may proceed as described below.

26.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

26.3 Arbitration for U.S. Users

For users located in the United States, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief for intellectual property misuse, unauthorized access, security abuse, or misuse of the Service.

The arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. You and PromptScore waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, collective action, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding.

The arbitrator will have authority to resolve disputes regarding interpretation, applicability, enforceability, and formation of this arbitration agreement, subject to applicable law.

26.4 Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and PromptScore agree that each party may bring claims only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action.

If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, then that claim must proceed in court and not in arbitration.

26.5 Courts and Venue

If arbitration does not apply or is not enforceable, the state and federal courts located in Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

26.6 Non-U.S. Users and Mandatory Rights

For users outside the United States, this dispute resolution section applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights, statutory rights, privacy rights, withdrawal rights, or local court rights that cannot be waived by contract.

If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that does not permit mandatory arbitration, class-action waivers, exclusive Georgia venue, or Georgia governing law in the same manner as U.S. law, those provisions will apply only to the extent legally enforceable. Any non-waivable rights available to you under your local laws remain unaffected.

For business users, agency users, and users accessing PromptScore on behalf of a company or client, the arbitration, class waiver, governing law, and venue provisions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, website notice, or other reasonable means. The updated Terms will be effective when posted or as otherwise stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

28. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, your account, or your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or by operation of law.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, if possible.

30. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

31. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay, failure, or interruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet failures, hosting failures, power failures, cyberattacks, government actions, changes in law, third-party provider failures, AI-provider outages, payment-processor outages, or other events beyond our control.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, any applicable order forms, plan terms, checkout terms, and any other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rabiq Digital regarding the Service.

These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, representations, and understandings regarding the Service.
